Job summary

Hestan is seeking an Account Executive for Commercial Hospitality Sales to drive new business and expand Hestan’s presence in the professional hospitality market. You will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close, building relationships with chefs, operators, and distribution partners to win high-profile kitchen projects.

You will work with marketing and product teams to craft targeted campaigns, develop ROI tools, and support co-branded activations across top culinary programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in hospitality, foodservice equipment, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities across fine dining, hotels, and clubs.
• Execute full sales cycle from outreach to close including demonstrations and proposals.
• Partner with marketing and distributors to drive campaigns and brand visibility.
• Maintain CRM forecasts, and manage dealer/distributor relationships to close complex projects.
