Job summary

RRD is seeking a Senior Hospitality Site Manager in Century City, Los Angeles, to lead a multi-service team delivering hospitality, workplace, and office services in a fast-paced law firm setting. You will oversee operations, client relationships, budgeting, reporting, and staff development to ensure exceptional service for attorneys and staff.

The role requires a strong hospitality mindset, professional presence, and proven people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years' experience leading hospitality, workplace experience, office services, facilities, reception, or business support functions.
• Demonstrated record implementing solutions that improve contract performance or client satisfaction.
• Excellent client service skills with a service-minded approach.
• Proven experience in delivering and managing multi-service solutions for clients.
• Minimum four years of financial management; able to manage day-to-day and strategic decisions affecting P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracted operations to meet client needs and employee needs.
• Develop and lead a high-performing client team; manage lifecycle of direct and indirect reports.
• Communicate regularly with teams; run meetings and 1:1s; ensure clear expectations and progress.
• Foster cross-training to optimize service delivery.
• Establish and sustain quality service through SOPs, account planning, and SLA adherence.
• Utilize Engage for client reporting and data-driven management of team performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and timely issue resolution with clients.
• Manage staffing and workflow volumes; justify headcount based on volumes.
