The Allied Group is seeking an experienced estimator to provide full-turn key estimating for hotels, restaurants, resorts and other commercial properties. A degree in engineering or construction management is required, along with at least 10 years’ estimator experience in hospitality, retail or restaurant projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare turnkey estimates for hotels, restaurants, resorts and similar properties.
• Present proposals to owners, owners reps, architects, and clients.
• Lead projects from pre-construction to turnover.
• Ensure accurate takeoffs and bid documentation.
