The Crowd in New York seeks an experienced Architect to join its growing team. Work across high-end hospitality projects from early design through documentation, fabrication, and construction with close leadership involvement.

You will balance strong design thinking with technical delivery, coordinating with consultants and pursuing project goals through to completion. Hybrid work options and strong advancement opportunities accompany a competitive package.

Formación

• Degree in Architecture or related design discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in architectural/interior design.
• Experience across multiple phases from concept to construction.
• Strong proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD; Rhino or SketchUp a plus.
• Proficiency in Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Develop architectural and interior concepts with principals and design teams.
• Produce and coordinate DD and construction documentation.
• Independently assemble drawing packages and coordinate others.
• Develop interior details, schedules, specifications, and FF&E.
• Support budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, vendors.
• Review shop drawings and ensure design intent.
• Participate in site visits and oversee fabrication and installation.
• Maintain alignment with original design vision during delivery.
