Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Act 235 firearms certification and training completed prior to hire.
• MPOETC Act 120/PA State Police Academy training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, staff and property.
• patrol hospitals, grounds and related areas to deter crime and respond to incidents.
• Respond as first responder to violent acts and manage security alarms.
• Issue PA state citations using appropriate law enforcement applications.
