Responsibilities

• Completes work requisitions assigned, repairs, installs, replaces as directed.
• Performs Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance as assigned.
• Provides training for other maintenance personnel.
• Performs routine rounds and monitors necessary equipment.
• Works well without direct supervision.
• Maintains Plumbing, Electrical, Patient Beds and Fire Prevention Equipment.
