Job summary

Responsibilities

• Completes work requisitions and performs repairs, installs, and changes as directed.
• Performs Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance as assigned.
• Provides training for other Maintenance personnel.
• Performs routine rounds and monitors equipment.
• Works well without direct supervision.
• Maintains systems including Plumbing, Electrical, Patient Beds, and Fire Prevention Equipment.
