Qualifications

• Extensive HVAC experience with strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Site Maintenance Team across preventive and corrective maintenance programs and asset lifecycle analysis.
• Coordinate operations staff to maintain safe, compliant, reliable facilities and efficient workflow.
• Develop budgets for maintenance and construction, and oversee contract bidding and regulatory compliance.
