Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead hospital facilities maintenance and repair across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related systems. You will support the Director of Plant Operations to maintain a safe, compliant healthcare environment and ensure safety standards are met.

The role emphasizes supervisory responsibilities, budget awareness, and coordinating with contractors to keep facility operations on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years of maintenance experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Hires and trains maintenance department staff.
• Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Coordinates with contractors, vendors, inspectors, and sales representatives.
• Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
• Develops and manages maintenance procedures and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Adheres to the facility’s Standards of Excellence.
