You will collaborate with physician leaders and care teams to coordinate clinical care, utilization management, and discharge planning, while supervising staff, advancing education, policy development, and program growth across the health system.

Qualificações

• Working knowledge of coordination of clinical care, discharge planning and utilization management.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across healthcare providers, staff, and third-party payers.
• Demonstrated leadership and education capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily hospital case management operations and staff, providing supervision and strategic direction.
• Partner with physician leaders to coordinate care and utilization management across the care team.
• Develop and mentor the case management team; implement InterQual/risk severity assessments and regulatory requirements.
