• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff for documentation clarity.
• Address coding-related claim denials and support the appeals process.
• Analyze coding trends and recommend process improvements.
• Mentor Billing Coder I teammates as needed.
• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and payer guidelines.
