The successful candidate will own projects end-to-end, develop schedules and budgets, manage permitting processes, and maintain design integrity, technical excellence, and adherence to schedules across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Licensed Architect is preferred.
• Revit knowledge is required for producing construction documents.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on hospital-style projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and team members.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans for successful delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, civil, etc.).
• Oversee permitting and regulatory approvals.
