Qualifications

• Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
• General experience: two years of typing, clerical work, cashiering, data input, or customer service.
• Substitution of education: an Associate’s or Bachelor’s may substitute for all General Experience.
• Specialized experience: two years of hospital admission activities and related duties.
• Knowledge and abilities: familiarity with patient intake, COBRA, HIPAA, and paying processes.
