Job summary

Zenith Hospice Care is seeking a seasoned hospice marketer to drive referrals and patient admissions in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. The role requires building and sustaining referral pipelines with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and discharge planners.

You will leverage existing accounts and develop new relationships to consistently achieve 10+ admissions per month. The position demands in-depth knowledge of hospice eligibility, CMS regulations, and a strategic, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospice marketing/business development experience.
• Active referral accounts with proven admissions.
• Knowledge of hospice eligibility and CMS regulations.
• Strong marketing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Market hospice services to physicians, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living facilities, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Leverage existing referral accounts and develop new relationships to meet admissions goals.
• Achieve 10+ admissions per month through established networks.
• Conduct targeted presentations and in-services to educate providers on hospice eligibility, philosophy, and benefits.
• Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure seamless referral and admission processes.
• Analyze referral trends and develop marketing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Represent the hospice with professionalism, compliance, and a compassionate approach.
