Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Senior Hospice Consultant in Midland, MI to join our compassionate team. You will maintain relationships with referral sources, prospect for new referrals, and align demand for clinical care with capacity while upholding high quality patient care.

The role offers Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM with a base compensation range of $70,000 to $80,000, uncapped bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, 401K, PTO, paid

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare marketing experience.
• Understand all federal and state laws pertaining to the marketing of home care/hospice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with all existing referral sources
• Actively prospect for new referral sources based on the Agency’s scope of service
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources and field staff
• Work closely with Marketing, Agency Administrator, and Clinical Management to ensure that the demand for clinical care is aligned with our capacity and at no time compromises the Agency’s ability to provide the best quality care for our patients

Compensation: $70K - $80K, uncapped bonuses, car allowance. The base compensation range for this role is fixed, with a maximum cap of $80,000.00. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.
