Job summary

TruBlue Home Service Ally in Austell, GA is seeking a Lead Home Service Technician to guide a team of Tru-Pro technicians on residential repairs and upgrades across Austell, Lithia Springs, Mableton, Powder Springs and surrounding areas.

You are a seasoned professional with 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience, able to mentor others, communicate clearly with customers, and ensure safety and quality on every site. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience.
• Experience mentoring or managing technicians preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fluent in English and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality home maintenance and repair projects.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of Tru-Pro technicians.
• Uphold TruBlue’s high standard of professionalism, reliability, and customer care.
• Communicate clearly with customers and manage expectations on-site.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and consistency across every project.
• Common projects include bathroom and kitchen upgrades, drywall repair, flooring installation and repair, general carpentry, interior and exterior painting, and basic plumbing and electrical (within scope).
