TruBlue Home Service Ally seeks a Lead Home Service Technician to head on-site projects in Jamestown, NY and surrounding area. You will lead by example, mentor technicians, and ensure top-notch customer care while delivering safe, accurate home repairs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and leadership, with a focus on projects from bathroom/kitchen upgrades to carpentry and basic plumbing/electrical within scope.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience.
• Experience mentoring or supervising other technicians preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Committed to doing the job right for clients and team.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and full toolset.
• Fluent in English and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades
