Job summary

Naven Health is a nationwide home infusion nursing network delivering specialized infusion care. The Infusion Nurse II coordinates and provides intermediate patient care at home or infusion suites under supervision.

Active RN license, 3–5 years infusion experience, and CPR certification are required. Travel up to 100% may be involved, with a comprehensive benefits package and strong commitment to patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3–5 years of infusion nursing experience in home or ambulatory infusion setting.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements infusion plan of care in the home or infusion suite.
• Organizes and provides direct patient care, administers medications, educates patients and families.
• Documents care in real time to support billing and compliance.
• Collaborates with the clinical team and physicians to adjust plans as needed.
• Mentors less experienced nurses and ensures patient safety and quality care.
