Geisinger is seeking a Pharmacy Consulting Services Clinical Specialist to serve as the clinical content and workflow lead for all home infusion enablement engagements with partner health systems. Responsible for business case development, implementation planning, referral and operational workflows and acts as the primary clinical contact for each partner system.

The role involves 15% nationwide travel and requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with an MBA preferred.

Qualificações

• Pharmacy degree required.
• MBA/Business Admin preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads clinical aspects of home infusion business case development, implementation planning, and ongoing operational support.
• Provides clinical validation for data assumptions used to develop home infusion business plans.
• Develops best practice policies, including clinical medication protocols for specialty infused products.
• Assesses and implements frictionless workflows for home infusion referrals and related documentation/ informatics tools.
• Develops staffing models and operating hours based on clinic volumes and discharges.
• Advises on business operations and workflow implementation.
• Engages with partner health system stakeholders to inform the business plan.
