• Thorough knowledge of medical billing procedures and revenue cycle processes.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and commercial payer billing requirements.
• Experience with Medicare, Medi-Cal, and commercial payer billing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Submit accurate and timely claims with high clean claim rate.
• Review electronic claim edits and resolve denials.
• Monitor payer portals for payment status and follow up on unpaid claims.
• Collaborate with Intake, Pharmacy, Nursing, and Reimbursement teams to ensure reimbursement.
