Qualifikationen

• RN license current in the assigned state(s).
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification current.
• 1+ years RN clinical experience in home health or hospice.
• 1+ years RN management experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate therapy services for high-quality patient care.
• Oversee scheduling, referrals, and admissions coordination.
• Oversee payor verification and precertification requirements.
• Review staff documentation and resolve missing or untimely items.
• Assist clinicians in setting plan of care and priorities.
• Participate in on-call process and staff training.
