The incumbent will oversee OASIS, PDGM, RCD, and QAPI programs, manage budgeting and productivity, and drive census growth through market engagement while maintaining high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN, PT, or OT license.
• Proven leadership experience in home health administration or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations.
• Demonstrated success in staff leadership, compliance, and census growth.
• Bachelor's degree with training and experience in healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for home health agency operations.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee OASIS accuracy, PDGM and RCD compliance, and QAPI initiatives.
• Drive census growth through referral management and market engagement.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Lead budgeting, financial performance, and productivity management.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing clinical and operational staff.
• Maintain infection control, patient rights, and risk management programs.
• Utilize MatrixCare and performance data to drive outcomes.
