Job summary

PruittHealth @ Home is seeking an experienced Home Health Administrator / Director of Operations to lead clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance for the agency.

The role focuses on census growth, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration while delivering high-quality, patient-centered home health services.

This senior position requires an RN, PT, or OT with Medicare know-how and a proven track record in home health operations and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN, PT, or OT license.
• 2+ years leadership in home health operations.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with healthcare admin training.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational and clinical leadership for home health agency operations.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee OASIS accuracy, PDGM and RCD compliance, and QAPI initiatives.
• Drive census growth through referral management and market engagement.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Lead budgeting, financial performance, and productivity management.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing clinical and operational staff.
• Maintain infection control, patient rights, and risk management programs.
• Utilize MatrixCare and performance data to drive outcomes.

Education

RN/PT/OT license
