Responsabilités

• Oversee location clinical operations and on-site patient care delivery.
• Review referrals and assign clinicians; ensure Plans of Care meet standards.
• Guide clinicians; support care planning and clinical decisions.
• Ensure documentation, audits, and billing meet Medicare and payer standards.
• Participate in hiring, training, evaluations, and coaching of staff.
• Provide ongoing staff education and quality improvement data.
