Responsibilities include managing start-of-care processes, coordinating on-call and staffing, and collaborating with intake to balance referrals with available staffing. Requires active RN license in Ohio and 3+ years in acute care.

Qualifications

• Current RN or PT license in state of employment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of RN or PT experience in an acute care setting.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver.
• Capable of all physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all personnel and patient care services.
• Monitor compliance, quality and safe delivery of services.
• Ensure Start of Care compliance and monitor outcomes.
• Manage on-call rotation, staffing and after-hours patient issues.
• Collaborate with intake to manage referrals based on staffing.
