Job summary

All Seniors Foundation is seeking a Home Modification Specialist in the Los Angeles area to assess seniors' homes and recommend modifications such as grab bars, ramps, and lighting improvements.

You will collaborate with contractors, occupational therapists, and families to implement changes, educate clients on safe home living, and support aging-in-place goals across the LA region. Flexible schedules range from part-time to full-time, with multiple shift options to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in home accessibility assessments or aging-in-place solutions.
• Knowledge of ADA standards and universal design principles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
