Qualifications

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting or Law required
• 10+ years of industry specific experience required
• Series 7, 66 licenses required within 6 months of hire
• Insurance license required 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors and lead the team of Home Office and third-party experts to deliver an end-to-end HNW client experience by partnering within and outside of the organization.
• Develop and execute HNW team objectives, accountability measures and drive team performance in support of department and firm objectives.
• Lead the strategy and guidance for presentations to be delivered through multiple communication venues and channels; explain complex concepts clearly.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Financial Planning and related areas to translate market opportunities into strategic initiatives.
• Provide strategic thought and leadership to execute and deliver value to stakeholders across the firm.
• Work with home office and branches to build relationships with High Net Worth clients and prospects.
