Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a dedicated Associate Planner to support senior planners and financial advisors in serving high net worth clients with complex needs. The role leverages home-office resources to deliver holistic financial planning, tax and estate planning services, and ongoing client reporting.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to tailor comprehensive financial plans, while maintaining a strong client focus and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• CFP credential or in progress to complete within 9 months of start date.
• Series 7 and 66 required within 6 months of hire.
• Insurance license required within 6 months of hire.
• 7+ years of industry-specific experience.
• Travel up to 15% of time.
• Client-facing experience required.
• Broad knowledge of branch teams and structure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Planner and advisors to deliver end-to-end HNW client experience.
• Document client goals and inputs to create holistic financial plans.
• Collaborate with specialists to craft customized financial plans.
• Support delivery of advice and planning strategies for complex HNW clients.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for holistic financial planning.
