Qualifications

• Previous experience with histology evaluation and in vitro cell based assays is required.
• Strong cell culture experience, including experience executing protocols, troubleshooting assays is preferred.
• Prior experience working with lipid nanoparticles is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently and cross‑functionally with highly skilled teams in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, and technical environment.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Motivated, curious, and comfortable working with highly technical projects and personnel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information in a clear and thorough manner.

Responsibilities

• Performing laboratory assays and tasks including processing tissues for histology, plate‑based reporter assays and additional in vitro assays
• Review data slides to streamline optimization and data analysis of immune histochemistry and immuno florescence readouts
• Help manage external vendors and CRO in support of histology assays
• Developing new assays or optimizing existing ones based on in‑depth knowledge of laboratory techniques.
• Analyzing and accurately documenting assay results in an electronic lab notebook or other technical reporting formats
