Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• ASCP HT or HTL certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows all SOPs in research and patient diagnostic testing.
• Prepares microscopic slides on human/animal tissue for clinical/research use.
• Provides on-call coverage for off hours.
• Maintains compliance with CLIA/CAP accreditation requirements.
• Performs record keeping and data entry.
• Manages core lab billing and inventory.
• Trains and mentors technologists; supports LEAN operations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
