Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced HIM functions including document imaging, chart analysis, and data integrity resolution.
• Analyze records for completeness and manage deficiencies per regulations.
• Investigate data integrity issues and maintain Master Patient Index accuracy.
• Process and reconcile rejected orders and support provider completion workflows.
• Support ROI requests in compliance with standards.
• Ensure HIPAA and patient confidentiality compliance.
