Qualifications

• 9–15 years of experience
• NJ PE License
• NJDOT experience preferred
• Experience with County Projects, DRPA and DRJTBC is a bonus
• Led Highway Task Leader/Lead Designer
• Experience in preparing technical and price proposals
• Willing to attend marketing events
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Lead for highway-oriented projects
• Mentor junior Highway Design Department staff
• Perform Business Development activities including attending professional society events
• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Assist with Quality Control/Quality Assurance Reviews
