Job summary

PRIME AE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Highway to lead highway and transportation engineering projects in Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL. You will oversee planning, design, and delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships with FDOT and other agencies.

This role emphasizes technical leadership, mentorship of engineers, and growth of PRIME AE's transportation portfolio through proactive business development and high-quality project execution.

Qualifications

• BSCE required; MSCE preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of highway/roadway engineering design and project management.
• DOT transportation project experience, FDOT preferred.
• Strong knowledge of highway design and AASHTO guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead highway/roadway design projects from prelim to final design.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables.
• Mentor design engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage client relations with FDOT and other agencies.
• Support business development and proposals for transportation work.
