Job Summary

**Fully Remote or Hybrid Role**

A Senior Highway Project Manager is needed for a leading EPC firm. The Senior Highway to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex transportation infrastructure projects in the Chicago area. This role offers the opportunity to manage major highway and roadway initiatives while driving client engagement and contributing to strategic pursuits.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing Illinois DOT projects, leadership skills, and a track record of successful on-time, on-budget project delivery. A current Illinois PE license and at least 15 years of relevant experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to large-scale transportation projects, including highways, arterials, and interchanges
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, scopes, and quality control processes
• Serve as client liaison and represent the firm at meetings, interviews, and industry events
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Lead or support pursuit strategies, proposal development, and fee negotiations
• Contribute to business development efforts and support growth within the Chicago office
