AECOM is seeking a Senior Transportation Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of highway projects across the Southeast, including SC, NC, and TN.

The ideal candidate will manage mid-sized to large transportation programs from concept through final design and construction support, lead multidisciplinary teams, and maintain client relationships while ensuring technical excellence and profitability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and eight (8) years of highway/roadway design experience on transportation infrastructure projects or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.
• Four years of project management experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• PE license for SC, NC, or TN or ability to obtain through reciprocity.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, scopes, and client relationships.
• Experience in transportation project development and delivery processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage mid-sized to large transportation and highway design projects from planning and concept development through construction services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agency stakeholders, and project teams.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and quality objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of roadway, drainage, traffic, structural, and environmental professionals.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure technical excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with state DOTs, local agencies, municipalities, and other stakeholders throughout project development.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project objectives.
• Prepare and review technical proposals, project work plans, and contract documents.
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff while fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Support business development initiatives, including client engagement, proposal preparation, and pursuit strategies.
• Provide construction phase support, including design clarifications, reviews, and coordination with contractors and owners.
