Job summary

Pennoni is seeking a Senior Highway Engineer and Project Manager for the Transportation Division at their Wyoming Valley, Plains PA office. The ideal candidate will lead complex highway projects, coordinate with teams and clients, and prepare PennDOT PS&E documentation.

Required qualifications include a PE in PA, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (MS preferred), and 8–12 years of experience with MicroStation and AutoCAD. Knowledge of PennDOT standards and project budgeting is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan all phases of an engineering design project.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex highway engineering projects and budgets.
• Coordinate with project team, clients, and reviewing agencies.
• Prepare PennDOT PS&E documentation and cost estimates.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to staff.
• Lead drainage permitting efforts and prepare related reports.
• Develop proposals and assist marketing efforts.
• Maintain client relationships with public and private clients.
