Qualifications

• Knowledge of PennDOT design criteria.
• Ability to plan preparation on all design phases.
• Strong MicroStation and AutoCAD skills.
• Familiarity with PennDOT and Turnpike design standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
