Qualifications

• Experience with PennDOT design criteria and project deliverables.
• Ability to plan and manage all phases of an engineering design project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and agency coordination.
• PA Professional Engineer license preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex highway engineering projects within the Transportation Division.
• Coordinate with project team, clients, and reviewing agencies.
• Prepare PennDOT PS&E documents and roadway geometry/plans.
• Lead drainage permitting efforts and cost estimates.
• Mentor engineers and technical staff, ensuring quality control.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Prepare proposals and support marketing activities.
• Manage client relationships with public and private clients.
