EXP Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Highway Engineer / Highway Group Leader in Central Florida. You will lead the highway group, deliver FDOT/CFX projects, and manage multi-discipline teams while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Must have a Florida PE license and 15+ years' highway experience, with proven FDOT/CFX delivery and design-build project exposure. This on-site leadership role emphasizes client relations and business development.

Qualifications

• Florida PE license required.
• Minimum 15 years highway engineering experience.
• Direct FDOT/CFX project delivery experience.
• Experience with design-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway/highway analysis and design for FDOT/CFX projects.
• Manage multi-discipline teams (drainage, traffic, structures, utilities, survey).
• Monitor budgets, schedules, staffing, and deliverables.
• Provide QA/QC oversight per FDOT/CFX standards.
• Support marketing, capture planning, and proposals.
• Mentor and develop engineers and designers; recruit growth in Central Florida.
