LeoForce in Austin, TX seeks a Highway Engineering Leader with senior-level experience to build and lead a Texas highway design group. The role focuses on growing the practice, mentoring staff, and guiding strategic expansion across the state.

You'll oversee project delivery, client relationships, and staff development, traveling to project sites and meetings as needed. The position offers a competitive salary, strong benefits, and opportunities to influence growth from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience designing transportation projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE in Texas.
• Strong knowledge of TxDOT policies and procedures.
• Track record of developing and growing engineering groups and establishing internal/external relationships.
• Ability to manage and mentor staff at all levels and direct resources effectively.
• Ability to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables and supervise execution of work.
• Ability to travel to project sites, offices, and client meetings.

We have an immediate opening for a Highway Engineering Leader to help build and manage a highway design group within the Texas market. This role will be central to expanding our presence across Texas — hiring and mentoring staff, guiding the overall direction of our growth in the state, and supporting broader company expansion.
