Qualifications

• Experience in highway design for state and municipal projects including MassDOT, NHDOT, RIDOT, and similar agencies.
• Ability to manage design contracts and oversee project teams.
• Strong communication with clients and government agencies; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and designs plans for site grading, drainage, paving, utilities, and roadways for public and private sector clients.
• Ensures documents comply with state and local codes and agency requirements.
• Leads project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of detailed phases of project work.
• Supervises engineers and drafters on projects and represents Collins in meetings with clients.
