Creighton Manning is seeking a Construction Inspector IV to oversee inspections on large projects, review plans, and supervise a team of inspectors. You will evaluate schedules, budgets, and contractual obligations to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of highways, roundabouts, traffic signals and bridges.

Required NICET Level IV or equivalent, NYSDOT familiarity, and strong computer and reporting skills. This role is based in New York with a focus on public infrastructure projects.

Formación

• NICET Level IV certification or equivalent required.
• ABET/EAC accredited civil engineering program preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NYSDOT specs and MURK reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inspections of critical construction activities.
• Review and evaluate baseline schedules and updates.
• Interpret contracts, plans and specifications.
• Identify problems and propose remedies during construction.
• Manage inspection personnel and contract changes.
