Enovate is seeking a Senior Highway/Civil Engineer to join the growing team in New Jersey and New York. The role offers impact, rapid growth, and a chance to influence decisions without large-firm bureaucracy.

You will work on transportation engineering and construction management projects, collaborating with a diverse team to deliver results. The ideal candidate has a strong background in highway/civil design, licensure, and proficiency with Microstation and AutoCAD/AutoTURN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PE license and licensure required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in highway/civil projects.
• Knowledge of AASHTO, MUTCD, State DOT and NY/NJ local standards.
• Experience with Microstation, AutoCAD and AutoTURN.
• Strong teamwork, communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual geometric designs, alignments, grading, MPT, drainage, utilities, and traffic barriers.
• Develop conceptual documents and provide design recommendations.
• Lead technical project meetings.
• Coordinate with staff from multiple disciplines to resolve design issues.
