Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and PE license.
• 5+ years of highway/civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Microstation, AutoCAD, and AutoTURN.
• Knowledge of AASHTO, MUTCD, NY/NJ DOT standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual geometric designs, alignments, grading, MPT, drainage, utilities, and traffic barriers.
• Develop conceptual documents and provide design recommendations.
• Lead technical project meetings.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, operations staff to resolve design issues.
