Qualifications

• 5+ years of project engineering experience on heavy civil highway, bridge, or DOT projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with submittals, RFIs, quantities, cost reports, and change orders.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
• Based in the Savannah area or willing to relocate for a multiyear project.

Responsibilities

• Manage submittals and RFIs from start to closeout.
• Build and maintain quantity takeoffs, project logs, and pay applications.
• Track cost against budget and prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts.
• Build and update the project schedule in Primavera P6.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
• Work with the owner, DOT inspectors, and designers on change orders and field issues.
