Job summary

Primoris Power Solutions is seeking a Sr High Voltage EPC Buyer in Lewisville, TX to lead procurement for high voltage equipment used in substations and transmission lines. You will coordinate with project managers to align purchasing with schedules and policies.

The role requires 5+ years in HV EPC purchasing, strong contract management knowledge, and autonomous work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel and Project is preferred; remote work arrangements may be considered for

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, supply chain, or business administration.
• 5+ years of experience in high voltage EPC purchasing.
• Knowledge of contract management.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understands pursuit and project schedule requirements.
• Prepares bidders list with input from PM and Procurement.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to optimize procurement.
• Prepares RFQs and coordinates additions.
• Receives proposals and performs commercial evaluations.
• Maintains vendor relationships and ensures on-time delivery.
• Expedites equipment and materials to meet the schedule.
