Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own large-scale electrical and industrial projects from estimating through close-out. The role offers autonomy to make critical decisions within a collaborative team that values integrity and craftsmanship.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing high-voltage or industrial electrical projects, with a strong safety and compliance mindset and experience guiding teams to successful project close-outs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale electrical/industrial projects with focus on safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with crews, engineers, and clients.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/NEC requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution across all phases: estimating through close-out.
• Ensure safety and compliance on job sites through audits and standards.
• Manage labor, materials, and procurement to ensure project profitability.
• Collaborate with foremen, field teams, engineers, and clients for efficient delivery.
• Pursue opportunities and maintain client relationships to grow the business.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, change orders, and close-out records.
