Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of industry experience in an engineering role, with 3 years in cable harness or interconnect design.
• Experience with standards and regulations including USCAR, IEC, IPC.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding and CNC machining.

Responsibilities

• Execute from architecture to mass production.
• Interface directly with global suppliers for efficient designs.
• Identify design opportunities for cost and quality improvements.

Skills

Design, prototype, and refine engineering solutions

Understanding of cable/connector tests

Working knowledge of metallurgy and solid mechanics

Proficient in CAD software

Ability to optimize electrical harness designs

Education
