Clients Blackbox is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta advertising and strategy. You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, lead strategy conversations, and drive testing of messaging, offers, and creatives.

You will write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, coordinate tracking with pixels and integrations, and communicate results to clients while optimizing for lead generation and booked appointments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta responsibilities.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing.
• Use performance data to generate new creative and messaging hypotheses.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide clear creative direction.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and copy development while maintaining quality and strategic judgment.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Identify and resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Evaluate performance across media, messaging, tracking, and lead flow to identify the source of funnel problems.
