Job summary

Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a Senior Signal Integrity engineer to lead end-to-end SI analysis and high-speed PCB design. You will define layout guidelines, perform lab validation, and drive improvements in engineering workflows for next-generation interfaces.

The role requires 5+ years in SI or high-speed hardware design, with deep knowledge of impedance matching, crosstalk, and noise mitigation. CA-based on-site work with advanced test equipment expected.

Qualifications

• Analyze and simulate high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes) with SI modeling.
• Establish layout guidelines, stack-up strategies, routing rules for multi-layer boards.
• Perform hands-on hardware characterization using lab equipment.
• Refine SI methodologies and integrate new high-speed data transmission tech into future architectures.
• 5+ years in Signal Integrity or high-speed PCB design.
• Deep knowledge of impedance matching, crosstalk, attenuation, and noise mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end SI analysis and electromagnetic modeling for high-speed buses.
• Guide PCB design guidelines and routing to minimize impedance mismatches.
• Validate designs in the lab with VNAs, oscilloscopes, and TDRs.
• Innovate engineering processes and integrate new high-speed technologies into architectures.
